Matthew Worrall
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
As a co-founder of ICF Bondmor, Matthew has seen and directed the growth of the UK ICF sector for over 10 years. Matthew has extensive knowledge of project management with an NVQ level 6 in construction management, and has managed multiple award winning ICF schemes. In his position as Co-Founder and Operations Director, Matthew oversees development, procurement, and client liaison, undertaking all aspects of project management.
Alex Morris
CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR
As a co-founder of ICF Bondmor, and boasting over a decade of experience in the wider construction industry, Alex is an accomplished contractor, skilled in project planning, management, leadership, and teamwork. He holds an NVQ level 7 qualification in construction management. As the Co-Founder and Construction Director, Alex manages the construction team and continues to develop technical methods and training, including company operations.
Elliot McKendrick
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
With over a decade of construction experience as a developer, Elliot has been involved in a variety of projects ranging from high-end residential, to commercial schemes, including overseeing international teams. Qualified with a degree in Engineering and a Masters in Quantity Surveying, as Commercial Director, Elliot undertakes measurement, contracting, and implements strategies to drive growth and develop working relationships to explore new business opportunities.

A Name You Can Trust.
The name Bondmor was first devised for a textile company established by grandfather, David Eric Morris, in the late 1950’s. This name has a few meanings. Bond, was significant to the method of textiles at the time, as well as standing for relationships and signifying that ‘my word is my bond’. mor, is short for Morris as well as ‘more’. When combined this stands for a stronger and better bond whilst incorporating the family name. When founding this construction company, Construction Director Alex Morris knew the family business name would suit perfectly.
